Salt (“we,” “us,” or “our”), an infrared fitness studio located in Okotoks, Alberta, is committed to protecting your privacy. This Site does not process class bookings, memberships, payments, or waivers directly.
Mariana Tek (Our Booking, Waiver & Payment Platform)
When you book a class, purchase a membership, or sign a waiver, you will be directed to Mariana Tek, a third-party platform. Mariana Tek collects and processes your booking details, contact information, payment information, and any waiver or health-related information you provide (such as injuries, pregnancy, cardiovascular conditions, or other contraindications to infrared heat exposure) directly, under its own privacy policy and security practices. We recommend reviewing Mariana Tek's privacy policy before submitting any information there.
Information you provide through your Mariana Tek waiver or intake is accessed by our instructors and staff only as needed to safely deliver your class experience, and is subject to the confidentiality and security commitments described in Section 4 below.

Where we do collect personal information (through this Site or through Mariana Tek), we use it to:
Respond to inquiries submitted through the Site;
Schedule, confirm, and manage class bookings and memberships;
Assess health/safety contraindications for infrared heat-based classes;
Process payments for classes, memberships, or workshops (via Mariana Tek);
Send class reminders and, where you have opted in, promotional communications (e.g., newsletters, challenge program updates, offers);
Administer instructor training programs and transformation challenge programs;
Improve our Site, services, and client experience;

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

11. SMS and Mobile Information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
