Movements are typically quicker in pace with a higher rep count than Strength. With consistency and effort, you can expect a tighter, leaner, and stronger physique.

Light up every muscle with this endorphin-pumping, functional strength class. Using heavier weights than our Signature Sculpt, you can expect to push yourself to new levels with movements built on a combination of the foundations of resistance training & Pilates. Squat, deadlift, and press your way to a stronger, more balanced physique.
Strength
Yoga Sculpt
Pull out your mat and centre in on this low-impact, mindful workout that will lengthen and strengthen while working to regulate the nervous system. The first half will focus on sculpting the body with low impact movements using lighter weights and you will finish off with a yoga practice to calm the mind and stretch the body. If you're wanting better posture, improved flexibility, and a little more zen in your life, this class is for you.
Mom & Baby
Strengthen your core & (pelvic) floor with this baby-friendly class focused on rebuilding strength, vitality, and confidence postpartum (and let's face it, a good excuse to get out of the house). Available for both Sculpt and Strength classes on our non-heated days.
Babies must be kept within the confines of your mat for the safety of all participants (big and little).
